Refund policy

We love our customers and we want to make things easy for both :)

While we would love to accommodate all returns, for a few hundred reasons we just cannot. To be eligible for a return, the item received must be unused and in the same condition when you have received it. It must also be in its original packaging and mark the contact or proof of purchase.
We will be responsible for Product refunds that meet the following conditions:

  • The product or item received is totally different from what was ordered.
  • Your item is damaged upon receipt, NOT includes the nature feature of gemstones.
  • Report us within 7 days from the courier arrival date.

Importance
All Crystals and Gemstones in Grandma Gemstone are from NATURE, each precious bead may have different natural features like impurities, cracks, fissures. This is the certificate from nature to prove they are 100% natural, developed in nature’s womb. Our craftsman polishes the raw stones to make them wearable and stand out the beauty, but that doesn’t mean the natural features gone. As soon as it’s not affect to wear, we embrace the beauty of imperfection and this is not eligible for return.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as products made from plants, white sage, palm santo, natural incense), personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Things to do

Simply take a photograph/video and email us. Please remember to send the photo/video in a timely manner WITHIN 7 DAYS upon package arrival. This is when being late is not cool. All Gemstones have memory, damaged, missing, or incorrect items reported after 7 days from the delivery date will NOT be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Shipping costs related to returns and exchanges is NOT refundable. 
Please deliver your eligible item to us within 14 days from package arrival in original packaging and mark the contact  or proof of purchaseOnce we receive the return package, we will issue a replacement or refund automatically within 10 business days. Easy, that’s what we like.
Pls remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please always feel free to contact us.

RECOMMENDATION :
We are all Unique. It’s why we strive to make sure that the size you are getting is the right one, it is important to follow the MEASUREMENT GUIDE, table and/or instructions found in the product description of the item you are looking to buy. The measurements are clearly stated in each of our product pages, so for that reason we cannot accommodate returns for incorrect size normally or extra charge is required. However, in case for any unexpectation, we still offer ONE time size changing for bracelet Free of charge within 30 days of purchase, Exclude delivery charge.
Anyway, We highly recommend getting your measuring tape and rulers out before placing your orders. :)
